Thomas's History
Thomas Clark is an experienced driver with over 7 years of experience, and he has been driving for JCT for over a year. The fact that Thomas already has 9 recruits shows just how much he loves JCT and what they have to offer! When recruiting drivers, Thomas prides himself on always being honest with the people he talks to - he gives them the uncut truth without sugar coating it. This authenticity along with his passion for JCT is what gets the attention of potential drivers. Thomas says that some of the best qualities of JCT include their never-ending miles and their competitive pay; he says that they are always looking out for new ways to get you more money. Pay and miles, along with the freedom to get loads and pick your home time, are by far the biggest selling points of driving with JCT. He also tells drivers that communication through dispatch between loads is important in order to see where you want or need to be.
When Thomas isn't on the road driving for JCT, he's spending time with his two kids. He says that JCT is a great carrier to work with because when he gets out of the truck, he can have family time without worrying about taking work home with him. He says that this is what helps make him do his job better; when he gets back on the road, he's more effective in doing what he should be doing because he could take a breather and think more clearly when he was back in his seat.
