Kyle's History
Kyle Thomas is an experienced driver with over 10 years of experience, and he has been driving for JCT for over 8 years. The fact that Kyle has 8 recruits shows just how much he loves JCT and what they have to offer! Kyle finds that what gets the attention of potential drivers is the flexibility and friendly culture. He tells all the drivers that he talks to that the better you communicate, the easier you will have at JCT as they are welcoming of input from drivers. When looking for drivers to recruit, Kyle focuses on individuals with the ability to communicate well, and he ensures drivers that if they're open and communicative, they will find success at JCT. Most importantly, he informs drivers that there is no lack of freight, which is a huge plus for drivers.
When Kyle isn't on the road driving for JCT, he enjoys working on his podcast, spending time with family and his dog, Grizzly Bear, and traveling to places like Phoenix and Grove, Oklahoma. He also enjoys computer/tech, and even uses it to improve his data bases and spread sheets to track how he's doing.
