Check
in to your own room and receive orientation packet at front desk.
Fill
out required paperwork while relaxing in your comfortable room.

am Monday, enjoy continental breakfast in the motel lobby.

am Monday, JCT shuttle arrives to take group out to JCT facility and the fun really
begins!
The first half of Monday will consist of
Drug Screens and Road Tests for all applicants as well as filling out required documentation. The afternoon session will be a combination
of training films and physicals with our doctor.
Tuesday begins with training from various
departments within JCT and truck selection just before lunch.
The afternoon is more training with internal departments.
Wednesday begins with more training and
testing. You will discuss your truck
inspection with a member of our maintenance team before lunch.
The afternoon session is a combination of
interviews with our Safety Department and video training.
Thursday morning we take care of getting
you your load locks and other required equipment, EFS cards (for fueling, advances,
etc.), reefer training and completion of Lease Contracts.
Just before lunch you'll meet with President and Founder of the company,
John Christner and then have lunch with Keith Sally who runs the "rookie board"
(of course we know you aren’t industry rookies, just new to us!).
In the afternoon you'll take a tour of our
facilities and then you'll have some time to take your truck and get organized to
be ready for dispatch that evening.
